Neil Young Finaly
Neil was great. Only one playing out there, but every song was great and didn't need any accompaniment.. Many memories of my life were triggered by hearing these classics. Recommend this to any Neil Young fan.

Neil Young still has it!
Probably one of the best "aged voices" I've heard. A great concert at a magnificent venue. One point of honest feedback: The ushers at the venue need to eject people who consistently yell and scream out throughout the concert when it is disrupting the artist and detracting from the concert experience for other paying concertgoers.

Great show!
Neil Young was fantastic! His voice is still amazing and his skill on multiple instruments absolutely incredible. The audience, however was rude. I couldn't believe that people were screaming at him, interrupting quiet songs and stories. It got to the point where he gave up telling a story because people would not shut up. I kind of wished the ushers would have shushed people.

One long song with poor sound
This was one of the worst concerts I have been to. Neil young should have mixed up his setlist better as literally every song was the same beat tempo and sound. I was yawning and ready to fall asleep after 30 minutes. Also the sound was not set up correctly and at times you could not hear him talk or sing and the music was garbled and unclear. The electric guitar pieces were terrible and just sounded like noise. VERY disappointed.

Neil Young Solo
A great show which could have been better except for poor fan conduct. I’m sure Detroit got shortchanged a song or two because of constant shouting by fans at Mr Young. Interrupting his storytelling was just poor concert etiquette. Some people just don’t get it.

Neil is always great
Neil was wonderful. Some of the crowd was obnoxious but Neil was great. Always a pleasure seeing him play.

Neil Young is a Legend
Neil is such a great songwriter he may be old but he's good! His interaction with his audience was great. He showed a lot of appreciation for his audience an he let us know it. Outstanding performance I will never forget. The Fox Theatre is beautiful place to see a concert. Keep on Rocking Neil!!!

UNMEMORABLE
i have seen neil young many times in concert, and this one was disappointing. very little of his great and popular music, weirdness in the middle, not a good balance of the new and the old
NEIL YOUNG IN CONCERT:
Singer-songwriter legend Neil Young thrilled fans in 2013 with the announcement of North American and European tour dates alongside his longtime collaborative band Crazy Horse. Among the highly-coveted 2014 dates are four nights at Carnegie Hall as well as a series of “Honor of Treaties” benefit concerts with Diana Krall to aid the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation Legal Defense Fund.
“Neil Young and Crazy Horse play like the rock and roll legends that they are. Truly a great show reminiscent of the classics from the early days.”
“They weren't going through the motions, they were making them. Improvising, jamming, messing up, laughing, only in the way Neil and the Horse can. They were so tightly tuned in to one another and sounded great, but the best part was that they seemed happy to be there, happy to perform.”
“Neil is a genius! After all these years, he still rocks and puts on a great show!”
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Since the late '60s, Young has released over 35 studio albums, exploring such diverse genres as country-folk, pop, noise, punk, and electronica. He’s best known, however, for his iconic folk rock songwriting, popularized by his hugely successful collaborations with Crazy Horse and supergroup Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Never content to rest on his laurels, Young has remained musically prolific and sonically experimental, earning rave reviews for his 2012 double-LP release Psychedelic Pill.
