Wild Pink Live in Concert
First emerging on the music scene with their EP Good Life in 2015, the band has continued to make a number of EPs and albums. Good Life was followed by their EP 4 Songs (2016), and albums Wild Pink (2017), Yolk in the Fur (2018), A Billion Little Lights (2021), and ILYSM (2022). Originally formed by John Ross, T.C. Brownell and Dan Keegan in New York City in 2015, Wild Pink released two tracks which peaked the interest of Texas is Funny Records. Texas is Funny Records released their debut EP, Good Life, in 2015. Wild Pink then paired with Tiny Engines Records to release their debut self-titled album in 2017. Over the years, the band has worked with producer Justin Pizzoferrato and engineer David Greenbaum. Greenbaum notoriously worked with U2, Beck and Jenny Lewis. Lead singer Ross was diagnosed with cancer six month into writing ILYSM. The album features songs inspired by Ross' cancer journey, with special guest appearances by Yasmin Williams, J Mascis, Samantha Crain, and Ryley Walker. Pizzoferrato and Peter Silberman helped produce ILYSM. With more than 150,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, this mellow and soulful indie-rock band maintains a strong following.
