Great show!
It was a great show in Peoria at a very good venue! The band sounded as good as I remembered them. They did all their great hits for a solid 1-1/2 hrs. - no intermission. It was a lot of fun to hear all the oldies again. Everyone was standing up grooving to 'Eli's Com'in' and 'Joy To The World'. I also enjoyed that the band shared some interesting info with the audience. My only complaint would be that much of the time the overall sound was almost too loud and kind of drowned out the vocals. I still recommend this as a super show, though.

Still sound great.
Three Dog Night still hitting the high notes. I've seen some of the older groups have to adjust the songs and stray from the original versions simply because they are older and the voices aren't there. Very little of that with this group. They sang their top songs and that's what you want to hear when you go see your favorite groups from the past. They had one encore song that was new. It was mostly a cappella and the harmony was fantastic. I would buy that in a heartbeat.

So good!
We very much enjoyed this show. It brought back great memories. At about 85 minutes, it was the perfect length, filled with non stop great music. Only complaint would be the many phones out taking videos and pix, blocking views and distracting. Live in the moment, people!

Fantastic Show
This was a fantastic show. The band came out with tremendous energy from the very first song and kept it up to the end. Played straight through with no breaks. Played all their great hits plus the beautiful "Prayer of the Children". One of the best concerts Ive ever been too. Don't miss them if you get the chance!

Three Dog Night on Tour
Legendary band, Three Dog Night, now in its fifth decade, claims some of the most astonishing statistics in popular music. In the years 1969 through 1974, no other group achieved more top 10 hits, moved more records or sold more concert tickets than Three Dog Night.
Three Dog Night hits weave through the fabric of pop culture today, whether on the radio where they are heard day in and day out, in TV commercials or in major motion pictures -- songs like "Mama Told Me (Not To Come)", "Joy to the World", "Black and White", "Shambala" and "One" serve to heighten our emotions and crystallize Three Dog Night's continuing popularity.
This Grammy-nominated band is not content resting on its legacy alone. Always working to expand its audience, Three Dog Night has embraced and been embraced by 21st century music technology. New and existing fans buy Three Dog Night's music on iTunes as well as at record stores. In fact, releases from this decade alone have sold well over a million copies.
Three Dog Night also pushed boundaries by recording with the London Symphony Orchestra, giving fans new and old a chance to experience its dynamic performances of the hits as well as several new songs. The project, recorded at the famous Abbey Road studios in London and released to coincide with the band's 35th Anniversary, added exciting new orchestral arrangements to Three Dog Night's signature sound.
Three Dog Night maintains an aggressive, year-round touring schedule of over 70 dates a year. The hit filled concerts are performed for generation-spanning audiences by Danny Hutton (founder/lead vocalist) and Michael Allsup (guitar) with Paul Kingery (bass/vocals), Pat Bautz (drums),) David Morgan (vocals) and Howard Lavarea (keyboards). The band's now-famous name refers to native Australian hunters in the outback who huddled with their dogs for warmth on cold nights; the coldest being a "Three Dog Night".
Boasting chart and sales records that are virtually unmatched in popular music Three Dog Night had 21 consecutive Top 40 hits, including 3 #1 singles, 11 Top 10's, 18 straight Top 20's, 7 million-selling singles and 12 straight RIAA Certified Gold LPs.
