Street parking is available for around the theatre, or patrons may use the car park situated behind the theatre for approximately $5.10* per hour or $12.30* all day, entry via Lower Esplanade. Disabled parking is available at the front of the theatre. *Please check machine as rates may vary

Accessible seating is available online. If you require assistance with a wheelchair, companion card or special needs booking, please call Ticketmaster's accessible seating line on 1300 446 925 (Mon-Sun, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEDT only). Babes in arms are not permitted into the theatre unless they hold a valid ticket for that performance. There are some exceptions, please check the event page on the Palais Theatre website, if unsure.
