Broccoli City Festival Tickets

Unorganized and tiring!

There was an extremely long line to get into the venue. THEN I stood in line for THREE hours just to get a cheeseburger. Missing at least 3 performances. The vendors were unprepared for such a long crowd and had ONE grill going for burgers and literally trying to thaw out the meat in front of us. I never got a drink because I would’ve been in that line extremely long as well. They made us throw out snacks in our backpacks and water. It was a mess. I will never return to broccoli fest.

Congratulations Broccoli City

I've been following the growth of Broccoli City as an organization for years. The festival has grown simultaneously. This was clearly the biggest festival to date. Well organized and appropriately staffed. Very happy for you guys. The two stages worked well. The only recommendation I have is water stations. I was so dehydrated and every place either ran out of water or was saving water for themselves. I was quite crazy. And since I was the only person that followed the rules and didn't bring a water bottle, I was suffering through the fun. No fault of theirs. I am sure next year you will have a water sponsor with endless water to provide. Let's keep the price point at where it was. Certainly got my monies worth. If Broccoli Con can be later in the day for those who just really can't afford to miss work that would be nice. I can keep going on and on. Overall, congratulations.

Don’t do it

Worst organization ever. Long lines, it took two hours to get a beer. There was no service to look up my ticket so they just let me in, I didn’t even use it. Non inclusive event, it was terrible. Supposed to be a earth day event yet there was mounds of trash everywhere.

Paid to wait in lines

This entire event consisted more of standing in a line than actually enjoying the artists. It took about an hour to get through security. Then when it came to getting food/drinks, that was a lost cause. My friends and I waited in a super unorganized line for an hour just to be told we were in the line for people that had already ordered and were waiting on their food. Spent another 2 hours in the burger line before realizing it wasn't moving any time soon. The quickest food I got were some donuts and fried cauliflower which was dry. Everything was super unorganized. People would cut at the front of the food lines, making it an even longer wait for us who were using common courtesy by trying to wait in a single file line. There was no structure, they needed gates or something to keep the lines moving smoothly. Definitely needed more vendors or at least tell them to have food prepared at all times. I heard someone ordered a burger and waited 45 mins for it get cooked. I'd never go back to this. It was not worth the money at all.

BCF Experience

Although I would recommend the festival, the entrance process was horrible. In previous years, the location was in a park and it seemed to be organized with vendors and a fresh market in the front and the stage in the back. At RFK it took a good hour to get through line and to the stage. This will be my last year but hopefully the process will be more organized next time so other people can have the experience I once had.

AMAZING!!!! EVERY ONE DID GREAT INCLUDING THE HOST. DJ could have played more recent songs. but did great!!

More food stations were needed. Also there needed to be more tellers for Will Call.

Unorganized. Lines were way too long. I went a few years ago and it definitely wasn’t like this. Won’t be going again.

A Hot Mess!!!!!!

First of all nothing was organized at all. I will never attend again unless their is some type of structure. We was in line for burgers for 1 1/2 hours I almost fainted 2 times in this line. There was no where to get water unless you was buying food the vendors looked like they were overwhelmed they just started giving food away. All the performers were AWESOME!!! The bathrooms were disgusting there weren’t enough trash cans the ground looked terrible I’m highly disappointed for all the money I paid I didn’t get quality service. The last food vendor we went to was Elijah’s chicken tenders and fries and we waited 1 hour for food because they were hand cutting fries and ran outta grease, it’s no way you should’ve been handcutting fries when it was 30,000 people at this event. I’m just highly disappointed overall
