Not worth the $ and totally a new album push.
Weakest encore by a band ever. First show sound issues as well.

Forever a Fan
I have loved these guys for probably 35 years. While the show didn't disappoint, our seats and the layout of the stage was not well designed. In a regular concert layout our seats would've been fine, but with an extended walkway coming directly at us with huge video screens pointin to the sides, we were unable to see the band for much of the show. I'm told it was amazing if you were on one of the sides, to see them inside the screen, but for us, it was less than ideal. And all of the empty seats in a 'sold out' arena due to scalpers buying them up and going unused was a real pisser. I would've loved to have had a seat where I could see the guys. They tried to keep that from happening but it still did. Definitely download the app, it's really cool addition to the show. They keep changing and evolving as artists and I love that.

U2 was incredible
The best live band on the planet period. 2.5 hours of pure sonic bliss. ACROBAT was the peak of many highlights! The universe can now get back to business as normal.

Amazing show and tons of energy. Best show in 10 years.

They’ve still got it.
Brilliant music, a distinct point of view, poignant lyrics...all underscored by the most advanced tech and lighting in a stage show. They’re the best for a reason. Go and be moved.

Once in a lifetime experience!
It was impressive to see U2 in a live concert. Lucky I didn't go expecting a lot of theatrics and since their music is so wonderful, it can stand on its own. The concert seemed personal (even with almost 20,000 people there) and real. Bono talked about political issues of the past and present which was fine and did not deter me from enjoying the concert after all, They are GREAT musicians! The iconic band did not disappoint.

U2 was forgetable
2 1/2 hours of new music! Only played 2 older songs out of 27! Didn't play any US number one hits that made them a US favorite......
Few bands in rock music history have reached the level of superstardom (and have maintained the staying power) of Dublin-based band U2. Due to a winning combination of innovative, ever-evolving songwriting, spectacular live shows, and front-man Bono's penchant for political/humanitarian endeavors, U2 have managed to remain an A-list act since emerging onto the music scene with their debut album Boy in 1980. With phenomenal album sales (every album they've released since 1987's The Joshua Tree has hit Billboard's number one spot), a plethora of hit singles ("New Years Day, " "Sunday Bloody Sunday," "Pride," "I Still haven't Found What I'm looking For," "With or Without You," "Mysterious Ways," Beautiful Day," -- and the list goes on) U2 have established themselves as the premier rock band of the 1980s and far beyond. Their sound has evolved from post-punk (guitarist The Edge created a signature sound with his sweeping, delay-heavy guitar work), to arena rock, to blues-inspired rock, to electronic/techno pop and back again. With their 2005 release, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb, U2 treat fans to sounds both classic and new-- reminding us exactly why these Dubliners have managed to become one of the most successful bands in rock history.
