The Box Office is located on the southwest side of the arena. 12:00-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Event Days beginning at Noon.

What are the will call rules?
Will call is located at the Box Office. Tickets may be picked up starting 2 hours before the event.
What are the parking options at Mid-America Center?
Free parking is located to the south and west of the arena.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available in sections 201, 203, 204, 206, 207, 209, 211, 212, 214, 215, and 217. The arena has elevators and escalators to reach the concourse level.
What are the general rules of Mid-America Center?
No smoking. No outside food, drinks, cans, bottles, containers of any kind. Fireworks and weapons are not permitted. Cameras and audio/video recorders may not be permitted during certain events. No lazer pointers or air horns. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Ticket stubs much be retained for the duration of the event. Mid America Center reserves the right to refuse admittance to ticket holders who refuse to allow inspection of their persons and any purse, bags or package carried with them when entering the facility. There is NO RE-ENTRY.
Are children allowed?
The age in which a child needs a ticket, varies based on the event.
