When is the box office open?
Main Box Office located at Plaza Theatre entrance Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm Judson F Williams Convention Center Box Office open event day only.

What are the will call rules?
Will Call may be picked up at the venue, day of show, starting 3 hours prior to show time. Proper I.D. and confirmation number will be required. Please Note: Will Call for Conventions & Expos are different – Will Call can be picked up at the opening time for the event.

Parking is underground; you must take an elevator to the Plaza level.
