Broccoli City Festival Tickets

Awesome!

I’ve been to a few festivals and this one was so good! I had a great time. And the line up was so good! The only complaint I have was entering and exiting. But mostly the enterence... you are pushed together in this giant mob of people until you get to the gate, then you get to this zig zag line in which people kept unlocking the dividers and mobs of people were cutting the line. Not cool! Happened twice. Super annoying considering I waited patiently. Definitely needed more security at this point. So please fix this next year! Other then that I had a great time!!!

Great event but WAY too many people

What an amazing event! The performances were great, the food choices were sufficient to satisfy all diets. The major drawback was the extremely long lines for food & navigating out of the venue at the end. Because there were so many people in the venue the lines were extremely long and often times we found ourselves in line for a long time only to find out the vendor has run out of food (HUGE disappointment after spending 30-45 mins in line). The phone lines were jammed so when it was time to leave and you wanted to request a Lyft/Uber you couldn’t get internet connection to do so. Even though we left while the last performance was going on, it took over an hour just to get a connection to get an Uber/Lyft. I don’t think I’ll go back but if I did I’d definitely do it differently next time.

Miguel was awesome

The venue was over crowded and not prepared for the mass of people attending. the time in between sets was excruciating. However the acts were amazing and the vibe from the crowd was incredible. I am extremely displeased with ticketmasters customer service.

The lineup and local vendor setup was great, but unfortunately the venue was disappointing. Bottleneck at entrance, long lines, not enough F&B vendors/tents, and not enough trash receptacles -- by the end of the night it was like walking around a trash dump. It would have also been great to have a place to sit in between sets.

Underwhelmed

I have never seen something more unorganized. I now the ticket price is to pay the performers but overall, it was a just ok. Unless you were high or drunk. There is room for improvement. The performers were great though!

Issa no!!

Hm..so where do I begin?? Well..the place was a DEAD ZONE!! It took people who had mobile tickets forever to get in because there was no signal!!! It took my friend about 30 mins to finallly load her ticket!! So that right there was about 50 mins to even get inside because we stood in line 20 mins prior to that!!! Not to mention my friends phone literally dropped 60% in battery life trying to get her ticket to come up!! After FINALLY getting into the festival, we want drinks!! Stood in line for about an hour for those BOTH times!!! WANTED to get food but after standing in line for an hour and getting to the front of the line, they say they aren’t taking anymore orders!! Ended up missing most of the performances because of the lines!! Not to mention the music messed up on Migos for about 5 mins!! The venue itself is HUGE!! But I feel as though it wasn’t used properly and they were HIGHLY understaffed!!! Not to mention that batteries were drained and cell phones died!! Issa no for me next year!!

Terribly Unorganized, Terrible Venue

I am an avid festival goer and this, by far, was the worst festival I have ever been to. Let's start with the venue- most festivals are held in a relatively grassy, scenic area that allows for free movement around the venue. This event was held in a stadium parking lot. The ratio of attendees to stages, merchandise, and food and drink vendors was so unproportional. I waited in line for food for two hours....TWO HOURS... It was ridiculous. Waiting in line for drinks was another two hour wait, and by that time you're pretty much sober and don't want to go back for more drinks. Some vendors ran out of food, so that was fun. We were only able to see one performance the entire night because of how poorly accessible everything was. In the future, if Broccoli Fest wants to have a successful festival they should get a bigger venue with more than one stage, or sell fewer tickets. I definitely won't be going back.

Ticket holders bum rushed the ticket line without showing verification for tickets and the food and drink lines were very unorganized. One big crowd. No one knew what line they were standing in because all of the food trucks were directly next to each other. Then after standing in line for hours, missing performances, the food trucks ran out of food 4 hours before the event was over. I will never return.
